Charlie Pitkin is the founder of Clear Sail Realty. With 17 plus years of experience and a place among the top 1 percent of agents nationwide, Charlie built Clear Sail to make real estate smoother, smarter, and more client focused.

He lives in Austin with his two daughters, loves wake surfing and sailing, and is a member at Austin Yacht Club where you can find him racing in the Pearson Ensign fleet almost every weekend. He is currently training for the Marine Corps Marathon this October and hopes to qualify for Boston 2028. His lifelong goal is to complete a circumnavigation of the world in a cruising catamaran. Most nights, you’ll find him around a firepit with neighbors rooted, present, and grateful.
